On the Format tab, click the More drop-down arrow in the Shape Styles group.
Select the text box you want to change. To delete a textbox you must click on the textbox border, then press the Delete key. In the list of formats, choose Unformatted Text. Click the down-arrow under the Paste tool (at the left side of the ribbon) and choose Paste Special. Make sure the Home tab of the ribbon is displayed.
